Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they meet the conditions outlined below.
  • All items must be in their original condition and packaging unless specifically used under our 3-Day Field Test program.
  • Abuse of return or guarantee programs may result in refusal of service or disqualification from future returns or exchanges.

Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Return Period

  • Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.
  • Items used in the 3-Day Field Test program must adhere to the program’s specific terms.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been damaged, modified, or used beyond the limits of the 3-Day Field Test are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift cards and sale items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

4.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Prices are subject to change, but refunds are calculated based on the price at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items
