At Anthem Knives, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the terms under which you may return or exchange products purchased from our website.

• Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they meet the conditions outlined below.
• All items must be in their original condition and packaging unless specifically used under our 3-Day Field Test program.
  
• Abuse of return or guarantee programs may result in refusal of service or disqualification from future returns or exchanges.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.
• Items used in the 3-Day Field Test program must adhere to the program’s specific terms.

• Products that have been damaged, modified, or used beyond the limits of the 3-Day Field Test are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• Gift cards and sale items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
   
3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team for shipping the item back to our warehouse at:

4.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  
• Prices are subject to change, but refunds are calculated based on the price at the time of purchase.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately.
• We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthem Knives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
